Curriculum

12 months. Four phases. Zero shortcuts.

The program is structured in four sequential phases, each with defined deliverables. You don't move to the next phase until the current one is complete and reviewed.

Months 1–2
Discovery & Problem Validation

Clinical immersion, problem statement refinement, initial market assessment. You'll spend the first two months in BIU's hospital wards and OPDs.

Months 3–7
Build & Prototype

The longest phase. Full access to BIU's biotech, pharma, and medical device labs. You'll build, test, fail, and iterate — with technical advisors at every step.

Validate & Regulate

Clinical validation with real patients through BIU's hospital. Regulatory filing preparation begins. IP protection strategy finalised.

Demo Day & Launch

Investor presentations, partnership introductions, go-to-market execution. You leave with an investor deck, pilot customers, and introductions to our investor network.
