An honest, structured audit of where you actually are. We stress-test your product, market understanding, team, and financials before building any growth plan.

Sprint 2 · Months 2–4
Growth & GTM Execution

Full execution sprint. Three months of structured growth activities — go-to-market, distribution, pilot partnerships, revenue operations, and investor pipeline.

Sprint 3 · Months 5–6
Fundraise & Scale
